1. Check – Is amount of water appropriate?
Solution – Refer to the recommended water volume guideline,, and pour appropriate amount of water into the vessel.
2. Check – Did you put powdered ingredients into the cotton pouch?
Solution – Use cotton pouch to brew powdered ingredients.

1. Check – Check if the glass vessel is properly placed on the base unit
Solution – Slightly turn the glass vessel left and right to properly fit it into the base unit.
2. Check – Check if the filter vessel is properly settle onto the upper flange of the glass vessel.
Solution – Make sure that the filter vessel sits properly on the flange.
3. Check – Check if the holes on the filter vessel are clogged.
Solution – Clean out the clog.

Check – Check if the machine is processing a function
Solution – For safety purposes, all keys are set to operate from the initial condition. Press ‘Power/Cancel’ for two seconds until “—” is displayed. Pree ‘Power/Cancel’ once more and see’000′ on display screen befor selecting desired function. If you wish to cancel the function that has already started, press ‘Power/Cancel’ for two seconds.

– When assembling the juicer the parts must be in alignment or the arms will not lock. Check that the parts are aligned before locking the arms. The parts will only fi t in the orientation shown in the manual ? do not force the locking arms shut if parts are misaligned.

– Stop the juicer and reassemble the juicer properly. In particular,make sure the juicing screen is properly seated and no parts are broken.

– Juice may leak out if the pulp container is not fitted properly. Please make sure the pulp container is locked into place.

– There should be no moisture in the rice and it has to be completely dry in order to work. For the better result, use our NUC large capacity blender for the best result.

– Check if the dough is too watery, then it would stick to the worm screw and it won’t come out. If the problem is still occurring even though dough batch is good, then add oil in the worm screw.

– Adding too much food at the short period of time could make this issue. Add food slowly at a time would solve this problem.

When juicing a grape, skin of the grape does not come out. 2017-06-13T17:46:59+00:00

– Instead of using a juicing nozzle, use the mincing nozzle for better result. The skin of the grape might clogged the strainer, so insert one or two slice of carrot to solve the problem.

– This means that amount of the pulp is clogged in the drum cab, to solve this, juice the food with high fiber to unclogged the food in the drum cab.

– Combine the food with a low fiber, such as carrot, and the high fiber, such as kale, to decrease the moisture of the pulp and increase the amount of juice. (try to avoid to use a pusher)

– It depends on the freshness of the fruit. If the fruit is dried then amount of juice would be little. Preserve the dry fruit in the clean water to increase the amount of juice.

– Adding too much food at a short period of time may make the strainer to be clogged. Uses the reverse button to unclogged the food and disassemble the parts and clean the strainer in order to work properly.

– Check if anything is clogged in the screw, and when motor starts to work again, there is nothing wrong with a motor.

– Juicing Screw and strainer are stuck together, so do not operate for long time when there is nothing to be extract.

– Each fruits or vegetables to be juiced may produce a different amount of juice.
– Even same fruits or vegetables can have different amount of juice due to the freshness of the fruits or vegetables.
– To extract more juice out of the refrigerated fruits or vegetables, put it in the clean water
and wait until the fruits or vegetables are moist enough to be extract.
– Carrot has a low fiber which it is hard to extract it, to get a best result extract carrot
with different high fiber fruits or vegetables. Such as, kale, leafy green vegetable.
Please cut the carrot into quarterly to get a best result.
– Check if the pressure silicon is assembled properly.

– Too much fruits or vegetables in the screw or over heated motor may stop the appliance
in middle of using. Please wait until the appliance is cool down to use it again.
– Please place the motor around cool temperature area.
– When using the fruits or vegetables with the hard seed in it, please remove all the seeds
in the fruits or vegetables to use. It may break down the juicing screw.

– There may be some extra pulp cumulated underneath the juicing screw. Firmly press down the center of the drum lid while turning it counter clock wise to open
