Frozen mango 300g, Banana 275g, Lemon 25g, Water 100ml

TIP Try not to use too much mango that is sweet and high in sugar. If you’re on a diet, you’d better use fewer mangos.

METHOD

  1. Get frozen mangos thawed in room temperature; peel bananas.
  2. Put all the ingredients you have prepared into the container.
