The premium household appliance brand Kuvings participated in Biofach 2022, held in Nürnberg, Germany from July 26 to 29.
Kuvings showcased its new premium juicer product line and Commercial Auto & Vacuum Blender CHEF CB1000 at the trade fair. The company said the products, more innovative than those introduced in previous years, drew a great deal of attention from buyers.

CHEF CB1000 is the perfect blender for commercial environments, such as cafes, hotels, and juice bars. Every step of making beverages, from vacuuming and high-speed blending to automatic opening/closing of the sound enclosure, are innovative and can be done conveniently at the touch of a button. The quick start button on the blender allows people to do other things until blending is complete with its hands-free feature.

Unlike other blenders, the CB1000 blends beverages after vacuuming them in the container, maintaining freshness over a long period of time. Vacuum blending prevents oxidation, browning, and forming of layers in juice and minimizes nutrient losses, preserving the flavors and nutrition of the ingredients.
