Make a cold smoothie with avocados helpful for weight loss!


INGREDIENTS

Avocado 200 g, Banana 150 g, Green grape 150 g, Coconut milk 210 ml

TIP It’s convenient to store peeled bananas in the freezer for later use.

METHOD

  1. Peel the bananas. Peel and remove the seeds of the avocados and cut.
  2. Remove all the green grapes from the branches and clean them in water.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
