How to make homemade yogurt?

Step 1
Pour milk into Yogurt Maker bowl, add the starter and mix together well.

Step 2
Assemble the bowl with the lid and use the Bowl handle to close it by turning it clockwise.

Step 3
Press the Power button for 2 seconds. → Press the ‘Menu’ button once to select 'Greek Yogurt'.

Step 4
Fermenting is completed after 8 hours. Remove the bowl from the machine and place immediately in the fridge.

Step 5
To make Greek style yogurt you need to strain the whey from the yogurt you have now made and refrigerate it again for at least 6 hours before eating.
