Tangy and sweet all at once – this bright red gelato is exquisite.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (100g)
- ⅓ cup frozen cranberries (35g)
- ½ cup almonds (30g), ½ cup cashews (30g)
- 1 ½ frozen banana (150g), 2 tbsp condensed milk
1. Assemble the juicer using the blank strainer.
2. Thaw the frozen ingredients for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour the condensed milk onto the frozen ingredients and mix until all ingredients are evenly glazed.
4. Slowly feed the frozen ingredients.
