Cabbage pickles that are crunchy, sour and sweet are good to have when you have no appetite during summer. Cabbages strengthen the gastric mucous membrane and improve blood circulation. - Cabbage (500g)
- Sugar (250g)
- Brown Rice Vinegar (500ml)
- Water (500ml)
- Pickling Spice (15g)
- Bay Leaf (2 leaves)
1 Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut them in quarters. Then, slice them into small pieces.
2 Cut the dried not listed on the ingredient list. in halves and remove the seeds.
