TIPIf the persimmons are too dried, soak them in water for 5 minutes before blending.
METHOD
- Blend the coconut powder finely and set aside in a small bowl.
- Blend raisins, dried persimmon, dried apricot with water and sea salt and mix them with the ground coconut powder.
- Shape the dough into balls and sprinkle the coconut powder on them.
