Compote is a French dessert where your favorite fruits are caramelized and then cooled. It can be spread on toast or pancake, but you can taste its richness when it is blended with Greek yogurt.

  • Greek Yogurt (100g) 
  • (Fresh fruits or Frosted fruits)
  • (Orange, blueberry jam and etc),
  • Lemon Juice (30g), Sugar (15g)

1 Defrost frozen fruits and cut them in 1-cm chunks.
2 Put the prepared fruits, sugar and lemon juice in a pot and mix them well. Turn on the gas stove and start caramelizing.
3 When the sugar is dissolved, it is boiled down for around 20 minutes over low heat. Then, turn off the stove and wait until it cools down.
4 Pour the Greek yogurt in a bowl and add the cooled Compote on top.
