Spinach160 g, Carrot160 g, Yellow Bell Pepper 160 g, Red Bell Pepper160 g, Mulberry160 g, Wheat Flour280 g, Potato30 g, Anchovies for Broth10 g, Kelp5 g

TIPYou can use any vegetables in your fridge.

METHOD

  1. 1. Wash each vegetable (spinach, carrot, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper) clean, slice properly, and blend.
  2. 2. Pour 1.5 cups of wheat flour into each bowl for different colors.
  3. 3. Pour each extract into the wheat flour, knead, and age for a day.
  4. 4. To make broth, boil water with anchovies and kelp and add potatoes.
  5. 5. Once the broth starts to boil, tear the dough by hand into pieces and put in the pot.
