INGREDIENTS
Apple 200g, Carrot 100g, Peach 200g, Lemon 20g
TIP Use a well-ripe peach. If peaches are not in season, you can use canned peaches.
METHOD
- Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth and peel a lemon.
- Wash the carrots and peaches clean and slice them properly.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
