Fresh Rucola Pizza can be easily made by topping well-baked tortilla with rucola and cheese. The scent of rucola and the aromatic taste of cheese go well together.
- Tortilla (20g)
- Rucola (10g)
- Mozzarella Cheese (50g)
- Basil Pesto (15g)
- Cheese (50g)
- Tomato(or cherry tomato) (200g)
- Balsamic Sauce (60g)
1 Each side of the tortilla is slightly baked without cooking oil.
2 Rucola is washed and drained off . Tomatoes are washed and sliced into pieces.
3 Spread some basil pesto evenly on the baked tortilla.4 Add some mozzarella cheese to the tortilla and bake it in an oven or ungreased pan until the cheese melts.
5 After the mozzarella cheese has melted, top it with rucola, cheese and tomatoes.
6 You can pour some balsamic sauce depending on your preferences.
