INGREDIENTS

Lemon200 g, Ginger2 g, Water100 ml, Syrup150 g

TIPMake sorbet for 4 people at once and keep them in the fridge to eat later.

METHOD

  1. Wash lemons in water and peel them completely.
  2. Set aside yellow peels while removing white peels completely.
  3. Blend lemons, yellow peels, water and syrup together.
  4. Pour your mix into freezer containers and freeze for 5 hours. Every 1-2 hours, stir it with a fork.
