INGREDIENTS
Green grape 520g, Almond 50g, Cucumber 100g, Garlic 5g, Olive oil 25g, Salt a little, Pepper a little
TIP Instead of green grapes, you can use Korean melon and water to make White Gazpacho. Gazpacho is recommended to be made with cold food or kept in the fridge for a while.
METHOD
- Cut green grapes into small branches and rinse them in running water using baking soda. Then, remove the grapes from the stems.
