INGREDIENTS

Tomato 150g, Apple 200g, Lemon juice 30ml, Celery 35g, Kale 35g, Water 260ml

TIP Apple has many nutrients in its peels. Remove only the seeds and blend them as a whole with the vacuum blender.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Remove the stems of tomatoes and cut all of them.
  2. Wash and cut the celery and kale.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
