Kale30 g, Pineapple200 g, Banana200 g, Coconut water270 ml
TIPYou can replace coconut water with coconut milk, regular milk or soy milk.
METHOD
- Wash the kale and cut.
- Peel the bananas. Peel and remove the core of the pineapple and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
