Kiwi is sweet and sour, and loved by everybody. It is very nutritious for it has twice more vitamin C than oranges, 6 times more vitamin E than apples and 5 times more dietary fiber than bananas.

  • Kiwi (700g)
  • Sugar (700g)

1 Wash kiwis in running water and drift them off . Peel and cut them in 5 mm thick chunks.
2 Put the kiwis and sugar alternately in a bowl and blend them well.
3 Select the ‘Vinegar’ function from the Greek Yogurt & Cheese Maker to start.
4 After it is completed, use a cheese strainer to separate the pulp from the syrup.
5 Cool the syrup at room temperature and put it in a disinfected glass bottle.

  • Kiwi Enzyme Syrup (45g)
  • Olive Oil (50ml)
  • Vinegar (25ml)

1 Put remove all the words “some” as the specific measurement of ingredients are listed. replace with proper words like “the” olive oil, vinegar and kiwi enzyme syrup in a sauce bowl and use a whisk to mix well.
