One low-calorie fruit is kiwi that has up to 61 kcal/100g. It contains various proteins, inorganic minerals as well as abundant fiber, which makes it good for diets. When kiwi vinegar is added to milk, you can taste à sweet and sour beverage.

  • Kiwi (800g), Brown Rice Vinegar (800ml), Sugar (400g)

1 Gently wash the kiwis and peel the skin. Cut them in 3~5 mm chunks.
2 Melt sugar with brown rice vinegar in a bowl and add some kiwis.

4 The vinegar is separated from the pulp, and the vinegar is kept in a disinfected glass bottle at cool temperature.
