INGREDIENTS

Mango250 g, Pineapple200 g, Coconut water210 ml, Calamansi juice40 ml

TIPIf raw mangoes are not available, use frozen ones. You can replace coconut water with soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the core of the pineapple and cut.
  2. Peel and cut the mangoes.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
