INGREDIENTS

Mung bean (boiled)200 g, Water200 g, Salt5 g, Cooking oil50 g

TIPIf you soak mung beans in water and get it frozen and unfrozen, it can be easily peeled off.

METHOD

  1. Soak mung beans in water for hours; unpeel and cook them in boiling water.
  2. Blend the cooked mung beans and salt together. Control the thickness with water.
  3. Cover cooking oil on a frying pan. Pour a big scoop of the batter on the pan; and bake until golden brown.
