INGREDIENTS

Cucumber 150g, Pak Choi 50g, Frozen Apple 150g, Kale 30g, Romaine lettuce 40g, Parsley 30g, Lemon 30g, Almond 20g

TIP Cucumbers have their own unique strong smell. Use cucumbers after removing the tough skin and spines to make milder juice.

METHOD

  1. Thaw the frozen apple.
  2. Remove the stem and spines of the cucumber and peel the lemon.
  3. Wash the pak choi, kale, romaine lettuce, and parsley clean and slice them properly.
  4. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
