Bread is considered a big contributor to weight gain! However, the healthy, raw-food onion sandwich is a good dish for those on a diet.
INGREDIENTS
Onion150 g, Flaxseed80 g, Sunflower seeds80 g, Soy sauce15 g, Olive oil45 g, Water50 ml, Tomato50 g, Lettuce15 g, Bacon20 g, Mustard sauce10 g
TIPRaw onions might still have tangy flavors even after being dried. Remember to soak sliced onions in cold water for at least 10 minutes.
METHOD
- Thinly slice onions and soak them in cold water to remove the tangy taste. Then, drain the onions and pat dry.
- Blend flax seeds, sunflower seeds, soy sauce, olive oil and water together.
- Put thinly sliced onions and the mix in one bowl and mix them together.
- Roll out a sheet on the drying machine and pour the batter in a loaf bread shape.
- Dry the batter at 42℃ for 6 hours until it becomes hard.
- Cut tomatoes and cabbage into pieces and fry bacon in a pan with olive oil.
- Put the vegetable mixture into the fresh baked bread with mustard sauce plastered on.
