Pine Nut Soup is good baby food or a nutritious snack for your child. It is also a good food for patients.

Pine nuts(roasted) 100g, Heavy cream 100g, Milk 100ml, Onion 50g, Baguette 100g, Chicken stock 100g, Butter 10g, Salt a little, Pepper a little
TIP If you want a smooth texture, sift the blended mixture with a sifter. Control the thickness with chicken stock.
METHOD
- Thinly slice onions and cut baguettes into small portions.
- Melt butter on a pan and stir-fry onions. When the onions turn translucent, put pine nuts and stir them until golden brown.
- Put your mix and all the other ingredients into the container and blend them in the soup mode.
- Add salt or pepper to your taste.
