This recipe is a nutritional porridge for both adults and babies.


INGREDIENTS

Cod20 g, Soaked seaweed20 g, Onion10 g, Cooked rice50 g, Water250 ml

TIPWhen starting to boil, reduce heat and simmer at a low-temperature to remove the fish smell and flavor of seaweed.

METHOD

  1. Skin and remove the pin bones of the cod cleanly.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour the mix in a pot and stir and boil it for 20 min.

NUTRITION

White fish are low in fat and high in good protein. Since they are tender with less-fishy and mild flavors than red-meat fish, white fish are more appropriate for baby food.
