INGREDIENTS

Steamed Sweet Pumpkin150 g, Frozen Bananas150 g, Milk200 g, Almond25 g, Honey20 g

TIPUse sweet pumpkin with skin on to get more nutrients.

METHOD

  1. 1. Slice the steamed sweet pumpkin into little pieces.
  2. 2. Thaw the frozen banana (peeled and sliced properly).
  3. 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  4. 4. Add honey to the extracted smoothie.
  5. 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
