INGREDIENTS

Apple 100g, Soy sauce 160g, Water 200ml, Cooking wine 100g, Corn syrup 100g, Sugar 40g

TIP Control the sweetness with the portion of apples.

METHOD

  1. Cut apples into pieces.
  2. Put all the prepared ingredients into the Blender and blend until you get the right thickness.
  3. Pour the mix into the pot and boil down.
  4. When your sauce gets boiled down to two thirds, turn off the light and let it cool. Then, keep the sauce in a fridge.
