INGREDIENTS
Tofu 100g, Kiwi 200g, Cucumber 100g, Lemon 25g, Water 275ml
TIP You can replace tofu with yogurt. Remember not to put lemon in yogurt.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the seeds of the kiwis, cucumbers and lemons and cut.
- Flatten the tofu by hand or with the back of a knife.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
