INGREDIENTS

Tofu100 g, Kiwi200 g, Cucumber100 g, Lemon25 g, Water275 ml

TIPYou can replace tofu with yogurt. Remember not to put lemon in yogurt.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the kiwis, cucumbers and lemons and cut.
  2. Flatten the tofu by hand or with the back of a knife.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
