TIPIf you don’t like the strong flavor of wheat grass, add more lemon extract. Eating lots of wheat grass at once might make you feel uncomfortable. It’s recommended to eat 20-30g a day for beginners, and increase the portion to 50-60g a day.
METHOD
- Peel the watermelon. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut them with carrots.
- Wash the wheat grass and spinach and cut.
