Premium home appliance brand Kuvings will participate in “HOTERES JAPAN 2021,” an exhibition for hotels and restaurants held at Tokyo Big Sight from the 16th to the 19th.
The company plans to showcase its commercial juicers, Chef (CS600) and Master Chef (CS700), at the exhibition as well as various product lines such as vacuum soundproof blenders and power blenders.
An upgraded version of Chef, Master Chef (CS700), has an 88 mm-wide feed chute that can accommodate a whole apple without having them cut into pieces. Unlike Chef, its drum is made of stainless material for better durability, and it provides more convenience with a single chute (O Shape Flap Gate) instead of two.
The Japanese show for the hotel and restaurant industries is one of the HCJ exhibitions, where a hotel and restaurant show (HOTERES), a catering exhibition (CATEREX), and a kitchen appliance exhibition (JAPAN FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHOW) are held simultaneously. It is the largest exhibition for the tourism industry in Japan, with more than 1,000 companies and 65,000 visitors participating each year.
"As more people cook their meals at home, the number of consumers looking for blenders and juicers is on the rise," said an official at Kuvings. “We plan to provide all sorts of information to consumers who are interested in a healthy diet in this era of pandemic,” he added.
