TIPIf you don’t like the bitterness of grapefruit, remove the white peels completely. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.
METHOD
- Peel and cut the grapefruits.
- Cut the leaves and stems of celery.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut. Don’t peel.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
