Strawberry150 g, Banana150 g, Orange150 g, Beet root30 g, Lettuce50 g, Coconut milk180 ml

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges. Peel and cut the bananas and beets.
  2. Remove the stems of the strawberries. Wash and cut the lettuce.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
