With this sweet and lovely aronia smoothie, start your day healthy and young.


INGREDIENTS

Aronia powder 2g, Aronia 200g, Banana 200g, Coconut cream 100g, Water 210ml

TIP If raw aronia berries are not available, thaw frozen aronia berries slightly and blend.

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the bananas.
  2. Wash and remove all the aronias (or chokeberries) from the branches.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.

NUTRITION

Anthocyanin in aronia and beta-carotene in banana restrict the release of reactive oxygen species to combat aging.
