Pineapple200 g, Red grape200 g, Blueberry100 g, Broccoli50 g, Water160 ml

TIPWash the blueberries in water once and soak them in vinegar water for 5 minutes before rinsing 2-3 times. If you want cold juice, let raw pineapple and blueberries stay for a while in the freezer before blending.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the core of the pineapple. Wash and cut the broccoli.
  2. Remove all the red grapes from the branches. Wash them with the blueberries.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
