This asparagus smoothie is helpful for a strong immune system and anti-aging can keep your body healthy and young.

Asparagus30 g, Celery30 g, Orange100 g, Aronia100 g, Apple100g, Water340 ml
TIPIf raw aronia berries are not available, thaw frozen aronia berries slightly and blend. It will make your smoothie cooler. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.
METHOD
- Wash the asparagus and celery and cut.
- Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones and powder.
