Pak choi75 g, Pear500 g, Fig125 g

METHOD

  1. Chop the pak choi leaves. Peel and remove the stems and seeds of the pears.
  2. Let figs be unpeeled. Just peel and remove the seeds of the lemons.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
