Bell Pepper 100g, Strawberry 250g, Orange 150g
TIP It is good to wash strawberries gently with running water; if you put them in water for more than 30 seconds, the vitamin C gets washed out.
METHOD
- Remove the seeds and stem of the bell pepper and slice it properly.
- Wash the strawberries clean.
- Peel the orange.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
