INGREDIENTS

Blueberry200 g, Asai berry powder5 g, Maki berry powder5 g, Black currant powder5 g, Pear200 g, Milk300 ml

TIPIf raw blueberries are not available, thaw frozen blueberries slightly and blend.

METHOD

  1. Wash the blueberries in water and drain.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the pears and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones and powder.
