Blueberry 150g, Red grape 300g, Kale 50g
TIP The upper part of the bunch of grapes is sweeter, and the bottom is sour; choose your grapes after eating the bottom part. Store grapes by wrapping with plastic bag or newspaper.
METHOD
- Separate each grape from the bunch and wash clean together with the blueberries.
- Wash the kale clean and slice it properly.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
