Tomato 100g, Lychee 100g, Celery 20g, Cucumber 50g, Carrot 50g, Beet root 20g, Green pepper 30g, Romaine lettuce 30g, Ginger 2g, Water 300ml

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of lychees and cucumbers.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of bell peppers.
  3. Cut the other ingredients.
  4. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
