INGREDIENTS

Orange300 g, Celery30 g, Cucumber100 g, Romaine lettuce70 g, Water200 ml

TIPLike celery, the cucumber also has a strong flavor that some might not like. Peel and remove the little spines on the cucumbers to give a smooth texture.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of oranges and cucumbers.
  2. Chop the celery and romaine lettuce.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
