Broccoli150 g, Onion100 g, Chicken Breast70 g, Milk200 g, Wheat Flour50 g, Butter10 g

METHOD
- 1. Blend the broccoli and onions and keep the extract and pulp.
- 2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add wheat flour to make roux.
- 3. Add the milk and vegetable extract to the roux, stir, and bring to a boil.
