INGREDIENTS
Carrot 100g, Spinach 50g, Apple 250g, Lemon juice 30ml, Water 280ml
TIP You can replace pak choi with other green leafy vegetables like spinach, celery or kale.
METHOD
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Peel and cut the carrots.
- Wash and cut the spinach.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
