TIPDon’t mix the dough for too long. It might get too chewy. Bake muffins with a cup of warm water in the oven. You can make cleanly-shaped muffins. (For a tip, fill one pan with water and put it in the oven.)
METHOD
- Cut carrots into small pieces.
- Put carrot, egg, sugar and grapeseed oil together in the Blender; push the instant blending function to blend.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl and mix it with flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon powder until they are well mixed.
- Fill your batter in the muffin pan 70% full and bake it in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
