INGREDIENTS

Carrot100 g, Egg200 g, Sugar90 g, Grape seed oil120 g, Flour (all purpose)200 g, Salta little, Baking powder4 g, Cinnamon powder5 g

TIPDon’t mix the dough for too long. It might get too chewy. Bake muffins with a cup of warm water in the oven. You can make cleanly-shaped muffins. (For a tip, fill one pan with water and put it in the oven.)

METHOD

  1. Cut carrots into small pieces.
  2. Put carrot, egg, sugar and grapeseed oil together in the Blender; push the instant blending function to blend.
  3. Pour the mixture into the bowl and mix it with flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon powder until they are well mixed.
  4. Fill your batter in the muffin pan 70% full and bake it in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
