INGREDIENTS

Cashew Nut240 g, Water250 g

TIPIf you are a 100% vegetarian, use Cashew Milk instead of milk. You can use it for vegetarian cooking.

METHOD

  1. 1. Soak 240g of cashew nuts in water for more than 3 hours.
  2. 2. Pour water into the bowl of soaked cashew nuts and blend ladle by ladle.
  3. 3. Strain the cashew milk with a cotton cloth.
