This Kale Juice is made with Chinese yam and lotus root. Containing bananas, it is soft and it provides a perfect detoxifying effect.


INGREDIENTS

Chinese yam 140g, Lotus Root 130g, Pear 100g, Kale 40g, Banana 50g

TIP Wash the Chinese yam clean, wrap with plastic wrap, and store in the fridge for longer storage.

METHOD

  1. Peel the Chinese yam and lotus root and slice them properly together with the pear.
  2. Peel the banana and slice it properly together with the kale.
  3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

The glucosinolate in kale facilitates the production of an enzyme useful in the liver and helps improve liver function, and the potassium in bananas neutralizes excess sodium and helps discharge toxins.
