TIP You can easily make this soup by adding vinegar, sugar or mustard in Naengmyeon (Korean cold noodle) soup from a store.

METHOD

  1. Chop and Slice vegetables in the same length.
  2. Tear out cooked chicken by hand; season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Blend everything except for vegetables.
  4. Put the thinly sliced veggies of different colors on the edges of the plate and hand-torn chicken at the center.
  5. Put your sauce on the plate.
