INGREDIENTS

TIPYou can use leftover vegetables in the refrigerator in this recipe.
METHOD
- Thinly slice onions; and soak them in salt water before squeezing the moisture out.
- Cut carrots and broccoli into pieces.
- Blend salty onions, carrots, broccoli and water together.
- Pour the mix on a pan and dry it out.
- Put grapeseed oil, yolk, sugar and oligosaccharide syrup in a dry bowl and mix them with a whisk. Then, add your mix and a bit of salt to the batter; make batter.
- Throw dusting flour on the cutting board; flatten out your batter with a rolling pin. Use a knife or cutter to make a shape.
- Bake it on an oven pan at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool it down out of the oven.
