Vegan Brownie is an oil-free dessert, which can be enjoyed by even non-vegans who want a light dessert.
INGREDIENTS
Tofu 200g, Honey 120g, Water 100ml, Cake flour 150g, Cacao powder 50g, Sugar 150g, Baking powder 5g, Walnut 20g, Peanut 20g
TIP You can add nuts, chocolate chips or anything you like in this recipe.
METHOD
- Blend tofu, honey and water together.
- Stir walnuts and peanuts on a heated pan before grinding.
- Sift powders with a sifter.
- Put sugar and the mix on the 1st stage in one bowl; mix them well by slicing the batter.
- Add the ground nuts in the batter; mix slightly; and bake them in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
