Creamy Celery Soup can be enjoyed as either hot or cold soup.


INGREDIENTS

Potatoes(steamed) 150 g, Garlic 5g, Celery 150g, Pasnip 50g, Onion 45g, Chicken stock 200g, Milk 100ml

TIP If you don’t have parsnip, use carrots instead.

METHOD

  1. Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
  2. Add salt or white pepper, if needed.
