Paprika has different nutritive properties depending on its color and you can enjoy its crunchy taste along with the pleasure of its color. Choose the colors depending on your preferences as well as the crunchy cucumber pieces.
- Cucumber (300g)
- Red Paprika (130g)
- Yellow Paprika (130g)
- Water (400ml)
- Vinegar (200ml)
- Sugar (400g)
- Salt (5g)
- Pickling Spice (15g)
1 Wash the cucumber and drift the water off . Cut it into round slices with 5~7mm in thickness.
2 Wash the paprika and drift the water off . Cut it to match the size of paprika.
3 Put the vinegar, sugar, salt and water in a container for melting and add the prepared ingredients.
4 Assemble the bowl with cover and use the handle to close it by turning it clockwise. Place the Bowl inside the yogurt maker.
5 Select the ‘Pickle’ function of the Greek Yogurt & Cheese Maker. Cucumber Paprika pickles will be ready in 72 hours.
6 The homemade pickles are put into a hot-water disinfected glass container and kept in a refrigerator.
